Not slides. Not a mockup. A real, deployed product your first users can sign up for. Built by one person, fast, with none of the agency overhead.
I build the thing you have been describing to people for months.
MVPs start at $5,000 · first version live in 14 days
Real product. No mockups.
Your first users can sign up on day 14. One builder, no agency.

Telehealth for Pakistan. Doctors run their own practice online, patients book by video. Payments and records handled.
hayathealth.app ↗
Every Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking in one calm screen. Built for hosts who do it all themselves, minus the stack of fees.

It runs on the same stack as Hayat Health and Navi CoHost: serverless hosting and a managed Postgres database. Going from 10 users to 10,000 is a settings change, not a rebuild.
Every AI call has a spend cap and a rate limit, so one user cannot run up your bill. Prompts stay server-side where users cannot rewrite them. Outputs are validated before anything is saved or shown.
14 days of bug fixes are included. After that, new features get scoped and quoted separately. No retainer, no lock-in, and you can take the code to any developer.
Most of my clients are not. You get an admin panel built for non-developers, written handover docs, and a walkthrough call so you know where everything lives.
Next.js and React on the front, Postgres and Supabase behind it, Stripe for payments, deployed on Vercel. Standard, well-documented tools any developer can pick up later.
14 days from the day we agree scope. Fixed price, fixed timeline, agreed in writing before I start.
A few lines is enough. If it is a fit, I reply with a fixed quote.
